UK To Get Amazing Launch
Published by WiiMan on November 22nd, 2006Unofficial RPG Site have been in contact with an nameless PR agency that are close to Nintendo and have discovered that Nintendo are planning something big, in association with GameStation, for the UK launch of the Wii.
The Wii Launch is set to happen at two GameStation Stores, one in Birmingham New Street; the largest in the country, and the second will be in the Edinburgh store. GameStation Head Offices have confirmed that both stores will be opening at midnight, and there will be an invite only party to celebrate Nintendo’s newest console. It is rumoured that Nintendo Executive may even be in attendance. There should be an official announcement about the parties in the next week or so, and Wii Spin will keep you informed.

Gamestation are just a distant cousin.
No… trust me on this, I’ve heard rumblings about this too. Of course GAME on oxford street will have a big launch, but gamestation are also working with Nintendo on this..
