Ghostbusters Coming To The Wii Next Fall
Published by Jeremy on November 16th, 2007Some of my boyhood heroes, The Ghostbusters, are coming to a gaming console near you. The protectors of New York City from the paranormal are getting a new video game for the Wii, DS, PS2, PS3, and the Xbox 360.

The Ghostbusters are back in an all new story penned by the original creators! With Manhattan newly overrun by ghosts and other supernatural creatures, it’s up to you to take on the role of new recruit joining the original film cast of the famous Ghostbusters team. Equipped with a variety of unique weapons and gadgets, you will hunt, fight and capture a wide range of uncanny phantasms and demons in an all new funny and frightening battle to save New York City from the latest paranormal plague.
It’s looking like at the moment they only have screenshots up for the Xbox 360 version of the game… but hopefully the Wii ones will follow soon.
I wonder if they’ll have a “Proton Pack” attachment for the Wii… if not I’m sure some after market company will make something similar.
For me, I think the Wii controls are ideal for this style of game… what do you think?

I can’t wait … great movies, hopefully great game.
Still hard to find Wii though
Actually all the games on PC that were developed based on move are not what we expected. Movies are great and game makers sell those games under the movies shadow. I Don’t want to predict Wii’s case …time will show.
