Rumor: Smash Bros. Brawl Pushed To March
Published by Jeremy on January 10th, 2008Nothing is official as of yet… but there are numerous gaming news sites that are carrying this rumor.
If the game does get delayed for around a months time - what more could they really do in a month? Is 25 - 30 extra days really needed to get the game out the door and onto the shelves?
As of now Super Smash Bros. Brawl is set to drop in early February in North America… but don’t be surprised if you don’t see it until sometime in March.
Does this rumor discourage any of you fans out there… let me know what your thoughts are.

Man this is pissing me off. Bumping from December to Feb was one thing but bumping it back more???????
This is sounding a lot like they just didn’t have the game even close to being finished by the original date in December.
I REALLY hope that this game will meet my expectations
that sucks if the keep changing the date the game better be really good.
I Just talk to nintendo about that rumor,And i told them is the game being push back and they told me the Game is still feb/10/08.
It doesn’t discourage me, but I am not as excited for the game as I was in October (when I constantly checked smashbros.com), but now if this rumor is true, im sensing something behind the delays. Like, to gain more publicity for other games and such. There isn’t much you can do in a month though.
Well, sorry to bring the bad news… but it’s now official. SSBB won’t be released until March 9th.
Dang… that makes me mad, and sad… :’(
From screenies on the smash bros dojo site i can tell it will be awesome, but really… come on people… i just now learned about the date and i had been looking forward to perhaps getting it for my birthday before that…. yeah… my bday is March 9th… great.. if i’d preordered the game this would be excellent news cuz then it’d be awesome gift.. buuut.. yeah.. gunna just walk into store, and now they may not have it :’(
