Have you ever been sitting around thinking… man I wish my Mii had some gold pants? NO?? Oh… uh… me neither.

Miis with gold trousers (aka Special Miis) were originally released by Nintendo in Japan. Wii owners were sent Mii versions of the famous Japanese comedian Sanma Akashiya and ex-tennis star Shuzo Matsuoka, (as they were both featured in the Wii commercials).

Currently the US is “Special Mii-less”… but don’t let that get you down, you could always make one for yourself. Check out the video above on how to create your very own. The video is a little boring… but it is a video of someone changing the color of a pair of pants… not exactly a riveting subject matter.
