GH3 Replacement Discs Coming in February
Published by Jeremy on January 22nd, 2008Looks like February will be a lucky month for all you Guitar Hero 3 fans out there who are forced to “rock out” in Mono, as this is the month the replacement discs are expected to ship.
In an email sent by Activision to those who registered for the replacement disc, they let you in on the current situation.
The game has been approved by Nintendo and is currently in manufacturing. We expect to have the replacement discs available in February
To register for a new disc, simply visit ActivisionGameExchange or call (866) 780-8286 between 8:00am-8:00pm EST, Monday-Friday.

I think they better toss a bone in for the trouble. I mean, come on, they screw up and now we have to send our disc back first, then they send us a replacement after. Will they have enough? Wouldn’t that be peachy, we send our disc then… nothing. They run out of replacements. That’s going to be a lot of exchanges.
Not pleased.
This should have an advance exchange option. Use the serial number of the axe, at minimum a CC number.
Come on Activision, don’t leave us hangin’ like this.
