I mean, come on, they screw up and now we have to send our disc back first, then they send us a replacement after. Will they have enough? Wouldn't that be peachy, we send our disc then... nothing. They run out of replacements. That's going to be a lot of exchanges. Not pleased. This should have an advance exchange option. Use the serial number of the axe, at minimum a CC number.
