One Japanese publication is saying that the highly anticipated title “Mario Kart Wii” will be available in Japan on April 10th.

GoNintendo (where I first read about this rumor) has a post that delves deeper into this matter…

Japanese gaming publication GeMaga hasn’t let that stop them from including a release date in one of their most recent stories though. According to them, Mario Kart Wii will be hitting Japan on April 10th, 2008.

If this release date for Japan is the real deal… I’d say you could expect the U.S. release of the game sometime in May or June.

Keep in mind, at this point this is nothing more than a rumor… but I’ll keep you up-to-date with all the Mario Kart Wii happenings - so check back often for updates.
